This film takes place two years before the Civil War. It follows a slave named Django who is played by Jamie Foxx. He ends up going with a German bounty hunter called Dr. King Schultz. Their mission is to capture the Brittle Brothers. With the mission successful, Django is freed. Together with Schultz, they go after the most wanted criminals in the South. They end up at the plantation of Calvin Candie, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, who is married to a slave who happens to be Django’s long lost wife.
The movie ends with Django’s plan to get back his wife. They end up rescuing her.
